Perhaps the most prosperous kingdom rich in the arts and boasting some of the lands greatest monuments and architecture. Its location provides a great natural defense from invasion but leaves itself open to the ocean. Three usurpations have caused some discourse among the populace though a nation of dichotomy, its citizens have taken to religion. Avie-ka's people hold strongly to classism and are often seen as arrogant by other kingdoms.
One of the oldest nations, Ravisha has seen the worst of creatures. The forests alone serve as refuge to the most sinister of cults and heinous of men. Still, the kingdom has managed to stave its corruption during the last ten years while boasting the most diverse of race and species. Ravisha is surrounded by mountains to the North and large, sprawling hills to the East concealing the largest river in Carme. Seen as hedonistic by the other kingdoms, Ravisha also has an intrigue and mystery among its people, dark secrets and epic legends.
The Sparinik people are perhaps the most welcoming of nations and ownling land lucsh in herbs. The greatest of knights are trained here, many becoming errants to convert others to their faith while, their most notable conflict was in aiding in the establishment of the borderline. Surrounded by lush, verdant jungles and a wide, arid desert, Sparinik, boasts the most rich, natural beauty of the major three kingdoms.
Arcania is one of the new nations. It is a successful, booming nation with an iron fisted, sometimes unpleasant rule. Their ruler, being a powerful sorcerer, has fitted most cities with magical defenses, tax-funded magical schools, and other magical luxuries. Only the intelligent get by here and most other nations won't trust an Arcanian, given the fact that most are natural con-artists or manipulators and their words are only given face value.
Thaetharin is one of the old nations, though only recently traveled by outsiders. It is a cold, bitter place, home to tribes of mostly friendly, if reckless, barbarians. Travellers should be certain to bundle up, lest the bitter cold squeeze the life from them, and even if properly clothes, it would be unwise to wander from town into the harsh wilderness beyond.
The Eastrlunds is a new nation. It was formed from land stolen from Sparinik by violent tribes of kobolds, orcs, and goblinkin. It is a chaotic anarchy and a very violent place for humanoids. The towns are easy to break through and the defense is laughable at best, yet somehow nobody but the goblins within seem to be able to overthrow each other on a day to day basis. It is this fact that seems to keep others from trying, and why the chaotic land still exists.
Villages that stand alone or have very loose ties to the major Nations. Because of this, some can be over-ran or influenced by other groups such as the youkai who's tribes can also be declared here.
All lands in between the villages and kingdoms. Naturally, no group has actual rule over these lands but neither are their influence forbidden. Forests, deserts, mountains, the oceans, lakes and rivers can all be found here.
